Description
Travelers make decisions on where they stay based on a variety of needs and desires. Shifting priorities are driving new hotel designs to meet customer satisfaction and increase client profits. This course includes one issue of Implications, InformeDesign’s monthly newsletter, five Research Summaries and proficiency exam.


This course has been approved by EDAC (from the Center for Health Design) for 1 hour of continuing education credit through March 15, 2013.
